These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 2bat platform. Please read them carefully in full before creating an account, placing a bet or using any service offered on this platform. By continuing to use 2bat, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

You must be 18 years or older — or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction — to register and use 2bat. One account per person. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms.
All transactions are processed in accordance with the operator's published cashier terms. Payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers are familiar local rails — availability and limits vary and must be confirmed in the cashier.

Section 01
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 2bat ("2bat", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino information platform accessible at 2bat.cam.
2bat is an English-language platform designed for Pakistani users. It provides sports betting markets including Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football and UFC, alongside live casino and slot gaming content. Our platform is built for mobile-first access with OLED-friendly design and is oriented toward users across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and all other major Pakistani cities.
These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with 2bat including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, use of bonuses, participation in betting and casino activities, and your general use of the platform. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions, games or features and will be displayed where relevant.

Access to and use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and 2bat.
If you are registering an Account on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. Such authority must be established independently and is not assumed by 2bat.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms, after having received notification of such amendment through the Platform or by email, constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 04
To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction, to register an Account and use the Services. 2bat operates an adults-only platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where we have reason to believe the age requirement has not been met.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence and from the location from which you access the Platform. The Platform is not intended for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. 2bat does not claim to be licensed or authorised by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. Users based in Pakistan must independently assess their legal position under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable legislation before using the Services. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, addresses or payment methods — may be merged or closed and balances forfeited at 2bat's discretion.
You must not register or attempt to access an Account if you have previously requested self-exclusion from this Platform or from other gambling platforms where such exclusion may be in force. Doing so is a breach of these Terms.
Section 05
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You must promptly update your Account information if it changes. 2bat reserves the right to verify information provided during registration at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other access credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 2bat immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
All activity conducted through your Account — including all bets placed and transactions processed — is your responsibility, provided that such activity occurs with your credentials. 2bat accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security, except where such losses result directly from our negligence.
You must not impersonate any other person or entity, use a false name, or otherwise misrepresent your identity on the Platform. Fraudulent registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may be referred to the relevant law-enforcement authorities.

2bat is committed to responsible platform operation, which includes verifying the identity of Account holders before processing withdrawals and at other points determined by our internal compliance procedures.
You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents to complete KYC verification:
Withdrawals may be withheld pending successful completion of KYC verification. 2bat is not liable for any delays in the processing of withdrawal requests that result from your failure to provide the required documentation promptly or accurately.
All KYC documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification and compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or the operator's licensing obligations.
Section 07
The payment methods available for deposits and withdrawals are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers (including institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are listed as familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure references only. Their inclusion does not imply that any of these providers endorse gambling, support this operator or guarantee transaction availability. Availability, limits and processing rules vary by method, provider and your verification status.
Transactions on the Platform may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other currencies as displayed in the cashier. Exchange rates applied to currency conversions, if any, are determined by the operator and disclosed at the time of the transaction.
Deposit and withdrawal limits — both minimum and maximum — are specified in the cashier and may vary by payment method, Account verification status and any applicable bonus terms. Limits are subject to change without prior notice.
Processing times for deposits and withdrawals vary by payment method, KYC status and the operator's internal compliance review timeline. 2bat does not guarantee specific processing speeds and makes no representation that any payment method will process transactions instantly. Users are advised to check the cashier for indicative timelines applicable to their chosen method.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are your own lawfully acquired funds and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. 2bat reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
Section 08
2bat may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets and other promotional offers to eligible Account holders. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x Wagering Requirement requires PKR 30,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. The Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are stated on each promotion's terms page.
Certain bonuses may restrict eligibility to specific games, game categories or bet types. Minimum odds requirements may apply to sports-betting bonuses. Bets placed on games or at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to Wagering Requirements. Check each promotion's terms carefully.
2bat reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from that bonus — if we reasonably determine that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner designed to circumvent its intended purpose or to exploit a system error. This includes but is not limited to the use of low-risk bet combinations, arbitrage strategies or multiple accounts to meet Wagering Requirements.
Section 09
Sports betting and casino gaming on the Platform are governed by these general Terms and the specific rules applicable to each betting market or game. In the event of any conflict, the specific rules of the relevant market or game take precedence.
A bet is accepted and confirmed only when a unique bet confirmation reference is issued to your Account. Any bet for which no confirmation is received — due to connectivity issues, system errors or otherwise — is not a valid accepted bet and will not be settled.
Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. If market odds change between your initiating a bet and its acceptance, you may be presented with the new odds and given the option to accept or decline. Accepted bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance.
2bat reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: a match or event being abandoned or postponed, an obvious pricing error, fraudulent activity, or the use of information not publicly available at the time of the bet. Void bets result in the original stake being returned to your Account.
Live (in-play) betting markets are available on selected events. Live odds reflect the current state of an event and update in real time. 2bat reserves the right to suspend or close live markets at any time, including during active play. Bets placed during a market suspension period are not accepted.
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing facilities where the applicable game studio is certified. 2bat does not control individual game outcomes, and results are final once a game round is completed.
Section 10
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations and software — is the property of 2bat or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent.
The 2bat name, logo and all associated trademarks, trade names and service marks are the exclusive property of 2bat. Unauthorised use of any 2bat intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Section 12
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2bat, its directors, employees, partners, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 2bat's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Section 13
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2bat is registered and licensed to operate. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed in the Platform's licensing documentation where available.
You acknowledge and agree that local laws applicable to you in your country or region of residence — including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any associated regulations — may restrict or prohibit your use of the Platform. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to you. 2bat does not offer legal advice and cannot advise you on the legality of gambling in your specific jurisdiction. 2bat does not claim to hold a licence from the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial regulatory authority in Pakistan.
Section 14

Section 15
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to normal settlement procedures and any remaining eligible real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to your having completed KYC verification and there being no outstanding compliance review.
2bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that:
In the event of closure due to a breach of these Terms, 2bat reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account in full or in part, in proportion to the severity of the breach and as permitted by applicable law.
Section 16
2bat reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where applicable law requires advance notice to be given. Any changes to these Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as set out in Section 15.
